New features

Rewrote the module once again.

Remove the "Weighted average function", it was useless and can be recreated by choosing the right functions.
The module allows you now to define your own function to get C and m. Check the VotingAPI Example module also provided in the module.
UI is cleaner and easier to use.
Removed the loop in hook_votingapi_results_alter(), it's faster now.
Implements hook_uninstall().
Documentation will follow soon.
