Headings menu block views compatibility [#3365654]

Problem/Motivation

Now auto generated headings menu block just works with field block when are of type "processed_text" like a regular body field could be.
Integration with views would be great.

Initial version working with views using grouping for title & group, not definitive implementation...

Integrated current state (compatible with views when using grouped fields) into 1.1.x, an iteration can be opened in future if any other cases are needed.
