Here is what should be patched:

- db_query('DELETE FROM {visitors} WHERE visitor_id = %d', $visitor_id);
+ db_query('DELETE FROM {visitor} WHERE visitor_id = %d', $visitor_id);

Notice, the former {visitors} is in plural.

Just FYI, I re-assigned this project to "Abandoned Projects" because the client we wrote this for originally didn't end up needing it, and I don't even remotely remember how it works anymore. :P

If you (or anyone else) is interested in fleshing this out more, please by all means take it over.
