Virtual Merchant maintains a list of shopping carts that are compatible. I can't tell for sure but it looks as if you might be able to just post this module there without any kind of technical review. Either way, it would give clients using Virtual Merchant some extra confidence in using Drupal and Ubercart if this module was listed on the Virtual Merchant website. Without it, some client might insist on using something else...

Yes, it would be good to have it listed. My client noticed that Ubercart is not on the list of compatible carts so was worried that there would be a problem. At this point we haven't tested the gateway yet but we're assuming it works!

It works, but is not the most robust integration. It'd be great to get some more developers on the module or maybe even get some financial support from Virtual Merchant.
