Drupal Core filter has a glitch - it does not accept "- Any -"

actually, Any seems to have problems working at all for most filters, when the filter is set as required.

it does not work at all for Typefor example (Module and Theme does), required or not.

if it is an required exposed filter, option "- Any -" doesn't work. but that's a "bug" in Views core.

it it is an non-required exposed filter, option "- Any -" works fine.

Don't know but Views 3.13 and Views System 7.x-4.1 works fine.
