Release notes

This is the development branch for the 2.x version of this module. The goals of this are to:
1) support jCarousel 0.3
2) provide a jCarousel 'stage' rather than a jquery.cycle stage
3) provide better library module support for embedding the jCarousel libs
4) have proper/reasonable default styles for carousels.
