I have configured a gallery site, http://www.em-photography.net, which displays on a Windows machines and any browser, but fails to display on a any mac machine. On a Galaxy Tab 10.1, it will display on Firefox and Opera, but not the default Galaxy Browser.
I am using a Classic theme of the galleria mode. I went bought the twelve theme to see if would make a different, just found that the twelve theme has not instructions on how to install on Drupal. Wrote to Aino, never got any response.
Also tried the other (stable) versions of galleria, same result.
Any help will be welcome or just to point me in the right direction.

mausolos CreditAttribution: mausolos commentedRelated, I'm sure: In Safari 5.0.3 (5533.19.4), I get "FATAL ERROR: THEME CSS COULD NOT LOAD", and nothing else shows up. I'm really glad I saw this issue, we were planning to push this live tonight!
Also, it does appear to work fine in latest iOS on iPad2, as well as on iPhone 4 (reports 1 Error, "undefined" is not a function), and interestingly enough, although it loads more or less properly and appears to work on my EVO 3D (which I keep up-to-date), it also reports the same fatal error message.
This is using 7.x-3.0 release.

fwiw, NONE of the Galleria styles in Galleria's own demo work in Safari, either!

http://galleria.io/themes/classic
I should also note that it does work in the updated version of the 5.0.x browser, 5.0.6. Still, we get a lot of computer illiterate Mac users who never update their browsers connecting to our site, and we can't afford for our site to look broken just because they don't keep up on technology.
So, I guess this isn't really an issue with this module, but rather with Galleria. Darn, and it was looking so cool, too!

emzumara CreditAttribution: emzumara commentedI think it is more to do with the galleria (libraries) either the galleria.js or the jquery.js. If you change those files into different versions, some things work or Safari and Mac and some things don't. Unfortunately, these guys collect money, but unwilling to help or fix the issues with the modules. If you talk to them, they will point you everywhere and balme everything else. Eventually don't even respond at all.
The files I have now, work on Safari and Mac, but you have to refresh a few times then the slideshow images display. Initially it bring the "gallery could not load" error.
You will if you experiment with the files from either "aino-galleria-1.2.5-103-g2f70926.zip" or "aino-galleria-cf9ab01.zip", the behaviour changes.

mausolos CreditAttribution: mausolos commentedYeah, I got that sense. It looks nice, but I switched to Flex Slider now, which appears to also allow you to use thumbnails in a similar way (if you want). Very nice, can't wait until the module supports the 2.0 library. I don't think I'll bother coming back to Galleria, personally.
