I have a view with format views slideshow and controls links (next, previous, pause) work perfectly. But in the page block controls don't work. They link to the top of the page with the href="#"

Views Slideshow: Cycle version is 7.x-3.9. Library https://github.com/malsup/cycle/blob/master/jquery.cycle.all.js

I use panels and Bootstrap carousel too in other regions.

Any solution?

The problem is with bootstrap theme. Other links like Contextual Links have the same problem.

Any idea??

Solved. The problem was in the .info file that have jquery scripts's declared.

Arto22 give me some extra info what I need to change in info file of the bootstrap theme.
