Just like the title says, the absolute positioning is causing the rest of the page to fall underneath the slide. This can be fixed with position:static, but then during transitions the slides "stack" as they appear, then disappear. Any suggestions?

using drush I upgraded everything...
views slideshow went from 7.x-3.0 to 7.x-3.1
It is appearing on the front page of an Adaptive Theme as a block.
Was working well until the upgrade.
reinstalling 7.x-3.0 fixes the issue.
