This depends on #796694: Send nodes as messages and will be fixed after that ticket.

We need to rework the Preview (Confirmation) Page. Some features:

  • Values should be disabled fields
  • Display recipients in more accurate way: as table
  • Display the total number of recipients
  • Body display:
    • Plain body to be HTML formatted (nl2br) and font family set to monospace.
    • HTML body of nodes to be themed
  • Live Preview(!?) Clicking on a specific recipient, re-render the Subject & Body to see token replacements live.
