I have about 360 nodes that have a location. If I limit the selective filter per country to only show 100 results then some countries are not shown. They reappear if i set the limit to that above the number of nodes.
I am guessing this isn't working as intended?

Probably related to what was solved in #2453859: max_items setting no longer respected.

I have updated views to 3.10 and applied the patch from #2453859 but it didn't solve my issue.
