When I click on views, edit for the "Taxonomy term" view
click on the feed tab
click on format
change it to "RSS Feed - Fields"
click apply, click apply again and click save my feed subscribe link will change to

taxonomy/term/%25/%25/feed" could not be found.

when it was on rss and the display under custom has rss checked the link would show up like:
taxonomy/term/18/all/feed

I don't know what to check in the view to resolve this, as all the subscribe links are 25/25/feed any suggestions? Here are the modules I have installed below.

I don't think I was very clear. so maybe I should of filed this as a bug: here is better information and steps to create the problem:

when using the "Taxonomy term" view installs with views module
When you view the page subscribe links that are generated they show up correctly, but when you change the formatter to
"RSS Feed - Fields"
the subscribe on the page view changes to
taxonomy/term/%25/%25/feed

Steps to reproduce this issue
install views_rss-7.x-2.0-rc4 and enable the module
click on Structure (Administer blocks, content types, menus, etc.)
click on Views
find the Taxonomy term view and click on edit
under secondary tabs click on feed
under the format heading change the format to
"RSS Feed - Fields"
click apply
click save

Now go take a look at your subscribe links
