image resize (height not work)

When I make bigger size of image and than resize it by params in field definition width-height - only width work, height not have any influence on dispalyed image size. (someone cane make smaller images by image cache - but it cause poor quality in printing such pdf)

In attachment on first page - on bottom image of man is not resized enogh because it is height is not used.
