Not sure when this happened or if the report is appropriate here (is specific to views nivo slider?), but I used views to rewrite urls and append anchors, and the links on the slider images worked properly. Now I see that the anchor hash is being rendered as %23 and the links don't work. Nothing I've tried on my view has made any difference and I'm wondering if it's possible to patch this....
