404 is there is no content, more SEO frendly

One of the raccomandation of this list (https://webmasters.googleblog.com/2014/02/infinite-scroll-search-friendl...) is that if there is no content on a page (for example /path?page=8), it has to return a 404 in order to be more SEO frendly
