I installed the latest version of this module along with the required Views Decorator and Decorator modules. I installed the three modules and activated them. The first thing I noticed was a large number of "Could not write File Cache" messages displayed to the screen. The messages stopped appearing so I thought things might be working. However, I went to one of my views to try out the regular expression rewrite features. Unfortunately, the ability to rewrite using regular expressions was not present. My screen did not match your screen shot. It appears that the module has no effect at all. Guess I'll wait till it goes beyond a development version. I definitely like the idea. Hope you can get it sorted out.

Are you sure the message says "Could not write File Cache" and not "Cannot write cache file."? It's a message from the Decorator module and i don't see it appearing in latest release in that form. Check if you have your files folder writable. Decorator generates class files there.
