Please do help me find out where I need to change the code in order to print the '0' also in the xls document

I was not able to overcome this directly....it seems to be an Excel behavior to auto-delete leading-zeros.

However, in the view, I re-wrote that particular field thusly: ### [field_name]

Now, when it opens in Excel, the numbers are prefaced with the three pound-signs, which are easily replaced.
