I'd like to see a time estimate.

Steps to reproduce

Export something with a decent number of rows.

Proposed resolution

Add the time estimate to the progress message (this is really easy).

@solideogloria in #3280052: Remove percentage from the progress message we removed the percentage complete, because it's now included in the styling of the progress bar.
I'm guessing it's not in yours and you'd like it back (as well as adding the estimated time remaining.)
