Changelog:

  1. #2938871: IntegrityConstraintViolationException due to ambiguous column in query fixed,
  2. Select all and multipage select functionalities are now independent in javascript, so all possible use cases can be covered.

If nothing unexpected will happen, 8.x-2.0 will be released on 04.01.2018 along with Drush 9 support (#2935156).

So we have 3 issues that'll need fixing, there will be an rc4 after all.
