The archive action doesn't work with AmazonS3

If amazons3 is set as the default storage, trying to save a views_bulk_operations for files will fail with:

"An illegal choice has been detected. Please contact the site administrator."

You have to choose the archive functionality and check the public or private checkbox even if you dont intend on using the archive func to be able to save the vbo settings.
