Taxonomy Filter Criteria won't select dropdown

To Reproduce
Create a taxonomy field with a Auto Complete (tags)
Add Taxonomy field to views page
Add Taxonomy Field to Filter Criteria and try to select "dropdown" For Selection type
The Pop up Ajax screen turns blank with no options.
If you try to edit afterwords and select "Dropdown" some times it will jump to "autocomplete" settings.

So you are now stuck with autocomplete and cannot use a drop down list.
