This is actually two related feature request which would help debugging views much simpler.
1. It would be a nice enhancement for views UI to add a error class to "Broken/missing handler", which would help to bring those handlers to attention much more quickly.
2. Another feature would be the status message that is displayed about missing handler to print the view name and the display id. Right now its printed like something like "Missing handler: node og_membership_rel relationship". This would be particularly useful when debugging a installation profile which comes bundles with lots of pre-configured views.

renatogHi @D34dMan, how are you?
I agree with your opinion.
For the moment Views for D7 not create new features.
But if you need in this case you can create it using custom, or if you nee can create new feature request for D8 version in Drupal 8.
Best,
