mixed views with tuning

I need to be able to set the number of selected rows from the database for a particular type of material, when I have chosen to a few types. I want to choose 2 random rows of "type 1", 3 rows of "type 2". Total 5 rows.
Also, I need that I could set the display order of the selected rows.
1,2 position - 2 rows of "type 2"
3 - 1 row of "type 1"
4 - 1 row of "Type 2".
5 - 1 row of "Type 1".
1. i can use "Views Field View" but it to slow and i can't set display order to be mixed.
2. if can rewrite the tpl of views and i can't detect to witch cont type that row belongs, so i can't put my logic in types rows order.
as a result i need tool to make mixed views block of diffrent cont types, but with fine-tuning.
Will this opportunity appear in the future? or do I write a module for this?
