D8 Port

Started a D8/D9 port. Recommend releasing as version '2.0.0'.

A few notes.
1. Added a filter option to display controls. This could be a global option (or fall back on the global option as default).
2. Poster is not currently supported by default, but if you modify a custom template and add poster="{{ player_attributes.poster }}" that will work.

3. Removed the additional file data since items is now just the video source.
