Release notes

Fixes the Vimeo provider regex to allow query strings in URLs. Adds native lazy loading support, extends the referrerpolicy attribute to the YouTube Playlist provider, and exposes the provider ID as a Twig template variable. Also updates a vulnerable Webpack dependency.
