Release notes

Deprecates renderEmbedCode() in favor of renderEmbed() (removal planned for 3.2.0). Also introduces native lazy loading for embedded videos, exposes the provider ID as a Twig variable for more flexible theming, extends referrerpolicy support to the YouTube Playlist provider, fixes Vimeo URLs containing query strings, and updates a vulnerable Webpack dependency.
