Add Autoplay Parameter to YouTube Playlist [#2945988]

This patch allows embedded YouTube Playlists to autoplay by adding the autoplay parameter to the query string.

There are 2 other similar feature requests (with patches) I created:

Add Start Parameter to YouTube Playlist and
Add Video Position Index Parameter to YouTube Playlist

If anyone is looking for all 3 in one patch and wants to save the trouble of dealing with merging them, here's the combined patch I'm using from my GitHub.

With the advent of Media in core, the Video Embed Field module has moved to being minimally maintained. Only issues which assist in the migration to Media in core will be committed.
