Problem/Motivation

Video Embed Field does not currently take into account the start time in Vimeo URLs, like https://vimeo.com/22625018#t=9min15s.

Proposed resolution

Retrieving the 't' parameter from the URL and adding it in the embedded player.

Remaining tasks

Writing a patch and reviewing it.

User interface changes

None, but now users will be able to use URLs with a start time

API changes

None.
