I just installed the latest version of Video Embed Field (8.x-1.3) and install it with the WYSIWYG module. When I go to admin/config/content/formats/manage/basic_html and attempt to add the video embed button and save I get this error message:
To embed videos, make sure you have enabled the "Video Embed WYSIWYG" filter and dragged the video icon into the WYSIWYG toolbar.
I have cleared all caches several times before and after.
