I am using 'Video 7.x-1.x-dev (2011-Feb-04)' and 'Drupal 7.0 (2011-Jan-05)' in combination with about 70 additional/optional modules. I make use of a simple multi-site installation -- all modules are in 'sites/all/modules/'. My development environment is a virtual Ubuntu Lynx on VMware Workstation, my production environment is also a virtual Linux system.
Here comes the strange thing:
When I enable the Video module on one of the multi-site domains/sites (dev. as well as prod.), all of the collapsible fieldgroups become uncollapsible. The same happens with the IMCE toolbar: just gone!
Confusing is, that on the other multi-site domains/sites I cannot reproduce this behaviour. In addition to this basic verification, I've also set up a fresh minimal Drupal 7 system in combination with the most current module 'Field group', but there things work fine as well.
I am puzzled. Are you too? In order to give you a visualisation, I've attached two screenshots (before & after).

Blooniverse CreditAttribution: Blooniverse commented... please check #1036348: Collapsible Fieldgroups don't react on clicking anymore as well! Especially the mentioned #1031544: $.domready() may fire before jQuery is loaded could be related to this issue, I guess.
