There are some pending tests that are not running correctly yet, mainly AFAIK because they needs update.

The following tests needs work:

  • VersioncontrolGitEventTests: i.e. a push event is not storing multiple operations.
  • VersioncontrolGitHistorySynchronizerDataIntegrityTests

I am attaching a first patch for convinience.

I am duplicating this in favor of #1546110: Revisit syncEvent() logic on main repository sync plugin, since we have been making some more changes that affect this issue.
