Hello,

There is no label declared in the annotation for VarnishPurgerSettings which adds a blank line on the export config page (admin/config/development/configuration/single/export), see attached screenshot.

I will provide a patch.

I can't select the 8.x-1.x version in the issue metadata but it is made against the last code base.
