Update mixed styling with Layout Builder with latest Gin and Claro changes

Problem/Motivation

Having number of wrong styling in:

• Layout Builder Modal
• Media Library Modal

After the release of

Drupal core 10.2.4 and Drupal core 10.2.3
Gin Admin Theme 8.x-3.0-rc9

Proposed resolution

• Update enhancement styling to follow up with latest changes from Drupal Core Claro and the Gin Admin theme
• Remove vartheme claro custom build and styling .. As Gin is the default theme
