Unable to enable module

Problem/Motivation

When trying to enable, I get an error about Slick libraries. Slick libraries are installed and available (Slick Carousel works). Even after making all of the suggested changes in the error massage, enabling the module triggers the same error message about Slick libraries.

So I'm unable to move forward/

Proposed resolution

Either a more accurate error message, or updates to the code base so that it ACTUALLY sees the slick libraries
