Listed in the MR
Vertical Tabs CSS3 variables are shared between the vertical tabs and media library.

But changed by not putting them into the general root: variables

Proposed resolution

Add a local patch for Drupal core on #3404866: Media Type links in Media Library modal missing vertical tabs styling in Claro
Move the variables to the root: in general variables
Need to make it work with Back-end default Claro theme
and keep that to work too with other Front-End themes like Vartheme starter-kits or sub themes
Needed while editing for basic a Editor user, or while working with the Edit Layout with the layout Builder and any modals
