Update jQuery UI Accordion module from ~1.0 to ~2.0

The Field Group module had #3154304: Remove jQuery UI Accordion dependency and warning
#3154304: Remove jQuery UI Accordion dependency and warning
Still Drupal core has no replacement library
#3056089: Provide a new render element for accordion
And the Field Group module did not change to a custom replacement library too

Proposed resolution

Change drupal/jquery_ui_accordion to ~1.0 || ~2.0 in the composer.json file.
To allow for smooth upgrade
