Update Email Registration module from 1.1 to ~1.0 and remove committed patches

Problem/Motivation

Email Registration 8.x-1.2 was released on 28 August 2022
https://www.drupal.org/project/email_registration/releases/8.x-1.2

The following issues were committed to the release:

• #3228033: Update the EmailRegistrationLoginTest to match the parent CommerceBrowserTestBase class.
• #3276910: Fix changing the user name when creating a new account. As it always takes the first part of the email
• #3256294: Updated Migration from Drupal 7 to Drupal 9.
• #2927109: [D8] Allow username on the registration form
• #3297059: Automated Drupal 10 compatibility fixes

Proposed resolution

• Change drupal/email_registration to ~1.0 in the composer.json file
• Remove committed patches
