Restrict payment to certain product classes

It seems right now that paying with points is all-or-nothing. It isn't possible to only enable it for a particular product class, e.g. Reward. This request is to make that possible. I think it was mentioned in #555328-21: how do I make purchase points show up in products. Is there documentation that explains it? but perhaps never proposed.
