User Badges 4.x requires ?q= for some settings pages on my server but not on local dev.

Manage Fields, Manage Dependencies and Manage Display require the url to be entered as if Clean URLs isn't enabled but only on my production nginx server. Every other admin link works fine with Clean URLs.

Locally I use Acquia Dev Desktop and it has no issues. Since this only happens with User Badges, I'm not sure if it's my server or the module.

?q=admin/content/user_badge/manage//fields works fine.
admin/content/user_badge/manage//fields gives page not found.
