For some reason, the user badge page, user/%/badges, ignores the global badge limit setting ("Number of badges to display").
Since this page is always accessible, this limit must be respected.
This patch fixes it.

AaronBaumanThis issue is against 6.x branch, in which this bug persists.
Here is a link to the exact line in the repository to which this patch applies.
If 6.x branch is no longer supported, it should be noted on the project page and removed from recommended versions.
