When settings of field "Maximum number of values" set to 1, the multilanguage translate of the description and title is not work for this field. But when "Maximum number of values" set to more than 1 or unlimited, multilanguage translate work fine.

I don't know of anything special in this module that should prevent translation from working. What modules are you using to translate field values?
