Release notes
Various bugfixes of different severity:
- Twig messages had a long file path even though the file path is already separately available. There was also no documentation link.
- Info.yml messages did not have a documentation link either.
- #3129096: Modules and themes in docroot/sites/* are impossible to analyze
- #3129810: Bypass extension cache and read info.yml files directly to facilitate a smoother development workflow
- #3129503: InvalidArgumentException not found if there was an invalid project name used in the Drush integration
