The upgrade status report displays completely wrong information about modules in core when that list is provided for two major versions, and the in_core_since does not have any effect on what is displayed.

Split it into two functions. Hacky but we are under a deadline atm. Tested it manually on D7 for both 7.x and 8.x and it works.
