My initial impression is that Unitag is a small but well-maintained project whose niche isn't replicated elsewhere. Are there Drupal 7 plans for this module? Are there areas where Unitag's users can contribute?
Thanks,
Kyle

MXTI'm also very interested in D7 version of this usefull module.
It would be good if this porting takes a look to the existing SYNONYM module.

Zen CreditAttribution: Zen commentedAs somebody mentioned, I'll need to look at what the options are that support the synonym features that have been culled from core. Thanks to the FUBAR state of D7 taxonomy, I expect that the port is not going to be a pleasant jaunt in the woods.
I'll be looking into this soon.

klonos..if there was progress, you'd know (there would either be a 7.x version or some useful/related posts in this issue).

lonehorseend CreditAttribution: lonehorseend commentedTrue, I've been around Drupal.org and its issue queue long enough to know that. All I was doing was giving the issue a friendly little bump without the obvious ** Bump **. I'm kind of desperate for some sort of Taxonomy moderation system and I really don't want to code my own, unless I absolutely have to.
