ui_suite_bootstrap 5.0.0-alpha15

Ensure the subtheme "ui_suite_bootstrap_subtheme_example" is uninstalled before doing the update.

The main potentially breaking change is about the table component rework, see the associated change record.

Core 10.3 and 11 support.

SDC/UI Patterns 2 support almost ready.
