There is a new API for the JSON interface to the UCSF Profiles data.

This is my pass at updating the code to work with the new API. Additionally, it cleans up the ucsf_profiles_publication feature code (some of the changes are changes in the code that the current Features release generates - this was rebuilt using 6.x-1.2). There was an out-of-date reference to a "person_id" field that has been removed, along with a pre-Features CCK include file.
