I've seen discussion about adding for filter, but not a direct request to add for fields. It would be helpful to have "Order product: Attribute: whatever_attribute" in the fields selection for a view as well as in the filter. This way these are sortable and (hopefully with Views Bonus Pack 1 for Drupal 6) export to csv.

madsph CreditAttribution: madsph commentedI am not saying that this can't be done - but the data model for order products makes it pretty hard to implement, since the attributes are stored as a serialized array among much other stuff in the data column in the database.

japanitrat CreditAttribution: japanitrat commentedI thought, this would be already available, but it isn't obviously.
I also wonder what the fields "Product attributes" and "Attributes" actually do, since I get no output on a given product node with associated attributes/options. I am using Views2 (newest release) and Ubercart2

sokrplare CreditAttribution: sokrplare commented@jddeli - probably best to open a new ticket for your issue since it isn't directly related to this one. I'm going to reset the issue settings accordingly since this should really be for 3.x.
+1 for this addition too - we're having the clients download Excel feeds of the View and the unordered lists of attributes are not very user friendly unfortunately.

mattkaneart CreditAttribution: mattkaneart commentedIncluding this temporary work-around so that others might benefit from my time. Be sure you have loaded the product attributes as a field.
Use a Global:PHP field. Here's some code to put in the "OUTPUT CODE:" field-- which grabs the option of a product attribute I have called "Color"
This will return the option value-- so if the product purchased were blue-- that's what it would return.

mgladding CreditAttribution: mgladding commentedI know this is an older post, but any help would be appreciated!
I am using the code in #13 to successfully output the value of a text field, but I can't get it to output the value of a select list.
Any ideas?

Thanks!
