Adding quantity of an attribute to the order product attribute field

I added a little bit of text to the end of the order product attribute which displays the number quantity of an attribute which was added. This will only add the qty text to the end of the attribute if there was a qty related to the attribute. This patch has a limited scope of usefulness but it is is helpful when you are doing reports on orders which involve quantities for product attributes.
