Account holder name and Cardholder Name doesn't pass into Stripe fields

Problem/Motivation

After upgrading from 7.x-2.x to 7.x-3.3, I noticed that the Account Name and Cardholder Name are not passing through to Stripe fields. This was something that was working before on the 2.x version.

Steps to reproduce

I tried enabling the "Enable card owner text field on checkout form.", to see if that would pass it along, but it does not. Am I missing something here, or was that an intentional change? Is it possible to add that in?
