WeChat Pay (Beta)

Now that we are using Payment Intents - does this make enabling these other methods any easier?

I looked at the setup for a few of these alternate payment methods, using PaymentIntents doesn't make it easier or harder.

A few of them are based on creating a Source (not used by PaymentIntent), and some are based on a offsite redirect to complete the payment.
